To ensure that we are at all times meeting your expectations of a quality,
reliable and cost-effective service, an Account Manager will be assigned to
your Account. The Account Manager will maintain regular contact with you as
well as conducting periodic quality control audits of the services rendered. If
requested, the Account Manager will provide a written report and
recommendations based on the audit inspections carried out.
