A. Because each customer is unique and Pink has such a wide range of services, our staff is trained to work closely in conjunction with our customers to understand their individual needs and requirements. Pink will then make solution suggestions to best suit the washroom conditions.
Q. How do I know that my services are completed?
A. Pink has a unique Healthcare Automated Scheduling System that allows us to electronically record and ‘track’ our services. HASS also allows us to confirm the date and time of the last or past scheduled service and when the next service is due. The HASS program can also quickly resolve any operational concerns that may arise.
Q. How will I recognise Pink’s Service Staff?
A. All Pink Service Staff wear uniforms showing our logo and an identification badge.

A. Pink is one company that has a wide range of different washroom hardware solutions, our experienced staff will work with you to supply the best hardware within our range to match the look and feel of your décor.

A. No problem. Pink has a national telephone number 1 300 73 1234, which, when dialled will be answered by your local Pink Service Centre at the cost of a local call. An experienced Pink representative will take the details of the issue and arrange for an emergency service within 24 hours.
