Our Medical Waste Disposal Service offers a safe and cost-effective method of disposing of soft medical waste such as bandages and other blood-soaked materials from First Aid rooms and small surgeries. Each unit is charged with a specially formulated aromatic bacteriacide, this ensures that the unit operates effectively to slow the decomposition of the contents. The unit is collected on a cyclical basis by a uniformed (for identification) fully trained Pink Healthcare staff member and replaced with a freshly sterilised and sanitised unit. The full unit is returned to our service facility where the contents are removed and disposed of in full compliance with EPA guidelines.
